Return Policy
At Bigdude Fishing Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received them
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Fishing lures, bait, or consumables that have been opened
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return Email us at support@bigdudefishingco.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges If you received a damaged or defective item, we'll replace it at no charge. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
