Thank you for shopping with Bigdude Fishing Co! Here's everything you need to know about how we get your gear to you.
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–5 business days
- International Shipping: 10–21 business days (where available)
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak seasons.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our email list to stay in the loop!
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
International Orders We ship to select international destinations. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at support@bigdudefishingco.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
P.O. Boxes We can ship to P.O. Boxes via standard shipping only.
